Registration Link & Permission and Medical Release Form for Youth

 

The 2024 YW's camp has a cost of $100.00 for each participant this year.  We ask that you please reach out to your Bishop to determine the contribution of each participant.  Please keep in mind, that one annual fundraiser is allowed for this type of activity.  Payment is due at your Bishop's discretion.

       STEP TWO:

Complete and sign the Medical and Release Form along with the parent's/guardian's signature.  Forms are due to the YW Stake Presidency and/or Camp Director by Sunday, June 30, 2024.


A copy of the Medical and Release Form has been provided through Group Me, HTWS YW Ward Presidencies.

Camp Schedule / Bishop's Night

  To secure the safety of our girls and leaders, camp gate will open at 7am and close at 10pm.  If special arrangements need to be made, please reach out to Sister Lynette Beckstrom, Stake Camp Director with anticipated notice at 832.819.8979.
