  Protecting Children and Youth ADULT LEADERS/PARENTS ATTENDING CAMP: If you are planning to attend camp, please confirm that your Youth Protection Training is not expired.  "This 30 minute training covers how to recognize and prevent physical, sexual, verbal, and other types of abuse. The resources below can also help you recognize and prevent abuse. The training provides scenarios to help you better understand and apply key principles and policies."   Because we love our girls and desire the best camp experience ever, we would like to share a few important items to keep in mind.  Leaders, please share the following with your girls prior to arriving to camp. 1.   In case of illness:       - Immediately report any health issues to your Ward Camp Leader/Rep.       - Secondly, report to the nurse's station. 2.   Camp access:       - YW are not allowed to leave the camp site without Leader permission.         - Children nor YM will be allowed on camp grounds until pickup time. 3.   Closed toe shoes are required at all times with the exception of pool time and inside the cabin. 4.   Ward Camp Leader/Rep should ALWAYS be aware of each girls location based on the group in              which they are assigned. 5.   BUDDY SYSTEM -  We are now implementing the "You plus Two" ...
